 Citizens State Bank was chartered in August of 1891. In October of 1999 Citizens State Bank was purchased by Fidelity Company, a family owned holding company in Dyersville, Iowa. In July of 2000 an office was opened in Waukon to assist in serving our customers throughout Northeast Iowa. Citizens State Bank serves the Postville, Waukon and surrounding area with a variety of products and services. We're a full service, family owned community bank that takes pride in the quality of service we provide our customers.
